Project, Program, & Operational Management

I believe in building teams where each member is empowered to invest in the “industry of themselves,” contributing their unique expertise toward a shared goal. I trust my colleagues as subject matter experts, and when faced with decisions—especially those requiring stakeholder clarity—I consult the team to assess options collaboratively, ensuring we move forward together with transparency and purpose.

Minnesota Community Assembly

At Hamline University, I managed a $500,000 civic engagement grant that brought 180 participants into local democracy discussions—double the projected outcome. I led budgeting, logistics, compliance, and marketing, reducing costs by 25% and shortening timelines by 20%. Acting as a proxy for leadership, I ensured cross-department alignment and delivered four successful assemblies focused on equity in local governance.

Go Tango Program

I directed the full-cycle implementation of this MN State Arts Board–funded program to deliver inclusive Argentine Tango classes to BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and low-income communities. I built and taught 83 hours of coursework, exceeding recruitment goals with 98 participants. I led all marketing, budgeting, and reporting efforts, improving operational efficiency by 20% and reducing costs by 10%, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Tango Sessions

As a founding leadership and faculty member of this Buenos Aires–based dance immersion program. I shaped its business strategy, branding, and participant experience. I also created the travel brochures, internal communications guides, and academic content. I also handled itineraries, student orientations, and on-site instruction—ensuring a culturally respectful, well-organized, and transformative learning environment.

My work ensured consistency from vision to execution and helped create an environment where dancers could thrive—culturally, technically, and personally.
